To design special structured frame, the presicion of carbon prepreg is requred much more than for conventional rackets.
Mitsubishi Chemical Pirofil used for INFERNO racket is the material which has already adopted for the material of aircraft and golf shaft.
Moreover, all hotmelt processing realized high strenth and clear feeling at impact.
All hotmelt processing hightened the bonding strength of each carbon fiber by covering them with resin. Conventional carbon sheet has less bonding strength because each fiber is not covered with regin.
Impact shock on typical carbon sheet is scattered around, but impact shock on all hotmelt carbon is spread from the center evenly as the carbon fibers are bonded well.
A special structure provides strength, power and control
“0.003 seconds” – time while the shuttleocck is on the string bed at the impact.

Compared with conventional racket, INFERNO frame and shaft return to the original position 0.003 seconds after the shuttlecock released, thus pushing the shuttlecock to sink while providing power to the shuttleocck.
